Leeds United were the form side in League One over the second half of the season.

Leeds amassed 48 points in their final 23 games of the season and finished above Peterborough 46 and Leicester 45 in the points totals.

Boss Simon Grayson took charge of the club in game 22 against Leicester City on Boxing Day and after a steady start the club went on a fantastic run from mid February after a shocking 2-0 defeat at Hereford United.

Most fans were resigning themselves to another season in League One after the Hereford defeat, it`s reported that Simon Grayson locked the players in the dressing room for almost an hour and read the riot act to his under achieving players.

Leeds run consisted of only one defeat in their final fourteen games after Hereford and that was a deep into injury time goal at Leicester City.

Leeds finished the season in fourth place and enter the Play offs against Millwall this weekend the form side.

The worst performing side was Hereford who amassed only seventeen points, Oldham Athletic and Stockport who were right in the promotion mix at the half way stage also finished in the bottom five.
