Leeds United goalkeeper Jamal Blackman might not have played much this season since signing on loan from Chelsea but it seems as though he is still enjoying his time here.
The towering stopper was signed as competition for Bailey Peacock-Farrell but so far BPF has held firm and managed to keep hold of his place in the side.
It remains to be seen whether Blackman can force his way into the team, then, but it looks as though he is having a good time at the club and is finding working under Bielsa a positive experience.
Indeed, in a wide-ranging interview with the Sun, the former Sheffield United loanee revealed the reach the reputation of Bielsa has with him being discussed at his parent club Chelsea:
“Everyone speaks really highly of him, especially at Chelsea and in the football community.
“It’s great to come here and work with him. There’s a lot of tactics that go with that, but he explains every little detail.”
A world-renowned manager, Bielsa has had a top career and has the respect of many across the globe.
It seems, then, that Blackman is included in that.
