Italian outlets always seem to have a different angle and set of stories to most and so it’s usually interesting to see what they have to say.
Of course, they are not always accurate but then again in this day and age few actually are always on the money.
Even so, Calciomercato is suggesting that we’re interested in signing young Juventus star Moise Kean.
The lad is still a teenager but has been linked with the likes of Monaco and it’s evident that he has got plenty of talent.
Juventus might not be able to offer him playing time again this season, though, and they are willing to let the player go providing a buy-back clause is put into any new contract he signs with a different club.
Apparently, then, we’re willing to oblige with that matter which could put us in front of Monaco who are not as keen.
The Verdict
Kean spent last season on loan with Verona and it would be interesting to see how he’d adapt to our club and league.
He’s got quality, though, and if we’re willing to meet Juventus’ demands perhaps we’ll manage to get this deal completed.
