Tyler Roberts is the man we’re looking to get the goals this evening as we take on Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough in the Championship.

The Owls have started well this season and should provide a pretty stern test given the different attacking options and personnel they can employ.

However, we do not have such a luxury tonight thanks to injury and so it is more than likely that Roberts will lead the line once more.

In the future, though, it might not be the case that he is the main forward for us with Eddie Gray suggesting that the Whites could well decide to employ him out wide or off of a main man.

Speaking to LUTV, he said of the future position of Roberts:

“Whether that’s (striker) his best position or not I’m not sure. I think he might be better suited playing maybe up with a (natural) front man or out wide.”

Certainly, it’s fair assumption as Roberts looks a different sort of attacker.

He is good at making runs but as a lone frontman he might not be able to cut it eventually.
