Marcus Antonsson might be leaving Leeds United this summer with the Yorkshire Evening Post claiming that we are in negotiations with Brescia for the transfer of the player.
The Swede has not had a good time of things at Elland Road and spent last season on loan at Blackburn Rovers as they got promoted from League One.
He wasn’t the most pivotal figure in that, though, and so he’s surely not good enough to be playing in the Championship any time soon.
Italian side Brescia have shown an interest, though, and so presumably we’re just working out how far we’re going to drive him to the club once the deal is agreed.
Just another player signed that was simply not good enough for Leeds, it looks as though he is finally going to be leaving the Whites.
I’m not surprised at all that we’re letting him go, especially now Marcelo Bielsa is in charge.
