Leeds fought back from two goals down to make it five draws in their last seven games.

Andy O`Brien started after missing the trip to Portsmouth last week.

Also starting alongside Luciano Becchio was Davide Somma who came off the bench to score in his last two Championship games.

Neil Kilkenny returned from international duty with Australia on Monday and was named amongst the substitutes.

Hull had a fantastic chance in the opening minute when McLean saw his effort go over the bar from close range with the goal at his mercy.

George McCartney had Leeds first effort on target when Guzan in the Hull goal turned his shot around the post.

Becchio though he had given Leeds the lead but his headed was adjudged to have not crossed the line by referee Graham Salisbury.

Kasper Schmeichel then produced a great save to deny Koren.

Schmeichel was at it again minutes later when he thwarted Gerrard with a fantastic save to deny the defender from a Hull free kick.

Hull were getting closer and Schmeichel, Robert Snodgrass and a post managed to keep the ball out.

The home side eventually took the lead when McLean played in Fryatt who made no mistake.

Hull doubled the lead with five minutes remaining in the half when James Chester came in unmarked from a corner.

Robert Snodgrass gave Leeds a lifeline just before half time when he scored direct from a free kick.

It was Leeds first from a free kick in almost two years since Snodgrass scored at Bristol Rovers, it was also the 100th goal involving Leeds in this seasons Championship in only their 29th game.

It was the last meaningful action of the half as Snodgrass had given Leeds a lifeline.

The home side started well and Robert Koren tested Schmeichel.

Snodgrass forced a good save from Guzan as Leeds searched for an equaliser.

Leeds equalised on 56 minutes when Somma saw his shot come down off the bar and what looked to cross the line, Snodgrass bundled the ball into the net but the linesman had already flagged for the ball crossing the line from the initial Somma shot.

Leeds were now beginning to take control of the game and a Gradel free kick was cleared for a corner.

Hull came back and McLean headed over from a Koren free kick.

Leeds made their first substitution with just over twenty minutes remaining when Lloyd Sam replaced goalscorer Davide Somma.

Fryatt almost put the home side back ahead when Sam cleared his effort off the line.

Max Gradel had Leeds next effort but Guzan easily dealt with his shot.

Lloyd Sam again foiled Matt Fryatt with a goal line clearance from a corner.

Grayson made a late change with Billy Paynter replacing Luciano Becchio.

Hull had to play the four minutes of injury time after defender Liam Rosenior had to be stretchered off with the three substitutes already made.

The delay seemed to stop the momentum of the game and Leeds had to settle for a point after once again coming from behind to claim a point.
