Leeds: Fans on Twitter shame racists after a supporter receives Elland Road ban

|

Football is changing and racist behaviour is being called out more than ever before. Leeds United are doing their bit to help that too, as the club, according to The Yorkshire Evening Post, have banned one supporter after an arrest was made following a trio of racial abuse incidents.

The Leeds United senior squad contains players from England, Scotland, Ireland, Spain, Poland, Portugal, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, North Macedonia and Wales, as well as having an Argentine manager, so the thought of racism at the club is absurd.

Elland Road is famed for its amazing atmosphere, and the fans have all come together to slam the racist abuse and send a clear message that they simply won’t tolerate it. The last thing they want is off-field issues making headlines when their side is top of the league, and you can see what they’ve got to see here:

The Whites have all been very clear that they have zero tolerance towards racism at Elland Road, and the sooner these so-called fans are banned the better.
