What else is there to say about this season that hasn`t already been said?
It`s been a campaign that started off well enough but since we all know what has happened and I`d argue Saturday saw one of the worst results we`ve had this year.
Certainly, when you look at how Wednesday have been in recent times it was a game we should have gone for from the off but instead we were intimidated and a number of our players simply shrunk yet again.
We`re all hoping for a summer clear-out, then, but in the meantime we`re just going to have to endure what looks set to be a real whimper of a finish to our campaign.
