15-goal star Jarrod Bowen is being linked with the Whites today by the Yorkshire Evening Post and that would be a proper statement if we could sign him.
We’ve been linked with a number of exciting attackers in recent weeks and, though none have been signed as yet, it suggests that we are going for the ambitious look this summer.
With that said, then, Bowen would be right at the top of that particular list with him hitting 15 goals last season in all competitions for a Hull side that really struggled.
Certainly, he’s got great talent and is still very young which means, under Bielsa, he’d surely become a real force.
The Verdict
I know it’s only a rumour but this is a deal I’d really like to see happen.
He’s got great movement and energy in between the lines of attack and midfield and knows where the goal is.
He’s been linked with the top flight in the past so if we could get him that would be a real statement.
