Leeds United had to settle for a point in a 1-1 home draw with Charlton Athletic.

David Norris had given Leeds the lead before half time but they were pegged back early in the second half when Dorian Dervite equalised.

Norris scored his first league goal for Leeds when his swivel and shot beat Ben Hamer in the Charlton goal.

Charlton almost equalised just before half time when a shot deflected off Leeds defender Tom Lees and came back off the crossbar.

Dervite equalised for Charlton five minutes into the second half when he beat Paddy Kenny from distance.

The visitors looked the more likely winners in the final fifteen minutes as Leeds were once again well below par.

Bradley Wright Phillips almost won it in the final minute but Paddy Kenny denied him with a good save.
