Leeds United striker Tore-Andre Flo has been praised by a number of his team-mates having marked his latest injury return with a goal against Port Vale.

Flo has scored 3 goals in just 260 minutes for Leeds United, an average of 1 goal every 87 minutes and fellow squad members Andy Hughes and David Prutton have moved quickly to lavish praise on the former Norwegian international.

“Tore is a lovely fella,” Prutton told leedsunited.com. “He’s worked really hard, and it’s nice when he comes in and shows his class.”

Meanwhile Hughes was delighted with the way that Flo has continued to fight back from the injury woes that have seen his Leeds appearances very much limited:

“He’s had a little bit of bad luck, but he’s kept going and going.

“He’s a shy man for what he has done in the game and the experience he has, but that was just rewards. He has deserved everything he has got.”
