According to Phil Hay, Leeds are looking to install Marcelo Bielsa as the new manager of the club by the end of the week.

After last summer, the seemingly quick turnaround in manager really is refreshing.

About this time last year we were seeing the Garry Monk fiasco really drag on but it looks as though Andrea Radrizzani has seriously learned from that.

He’s also going very ambitious with Bielsa coming in, too – just look at his CV!

The Verdict

This would be some coup but it really does look as though it could be happening.

Talks have been conducted and there’s no sign yet that it’s going badly so let’s just hope that we can get this one over the line.

If we do, too, I think there’s going to be some excitement because this guy is Premier League class and so might we be if all goes well in 2018/19.

Time to dream?
