Leeds ace outlines perfectly why Bielsa is different to most managers

We’ve all enjoyed the season so far and it seems safe to say that Marcelo Bielsa has met and exceed expectations so far.
There seems to have been no adaptation period at all since his arrival at the club and despite the language barrier he has the players dancing to his high-tempo tune.
Evidently, his ideas are getting across very well indeed and Adam Forshaw – via Phil Hay – has outlined exactly why he is different from so many others that try to play his way:

Clearly, Bielsa is a cut above most anyway but this shows how he can genuinely implement a style rather than try and imitate it.
Many big names credit him as the origin for this much-used high-tempo approach and so, perhaps unsurprisingly, it makes sense that he’s been able to get the players to adopt it rapidly.
Long may it continue for the rest of the season and beyond.
