Leeds ace offers promising fitness update as Whites wait for season to resume

Leeds United's Adam Forshaw arrives at Elland Road before the Swansea City match

The wait continues for the season to resume with April 30th now the earliest date that we’ll get to see the league action in this country come back to the forefront of our minds.

For Leeds fans, it’s perhaps typical that the wait to finally get promoted back into the Premier League from the Sky Bet Championship is getting drawn out even further than usual, and the waiting game is just going to have to be played.

That said, it’s providing players a chance to get over any niggles and get back to full speed for the run-in, whilst Adam Forshaw also appears to be stepping up his recovery.

On his Instagram story, he posted himself being hard at work:

A player that Marcelo Bielsa is a fan of, he’s suffered badly with injuries this season and it’ll be good to see him back fit, whenever that is.

Even with the break, you can’t see him factoring much this season but, hopefully, he’ll be raring to go once the new campaign is here.
