Speaking with a fan on Twitter, Phil Hay has revealed the two areas that Marcelo Bielsa would like to strengthen at Leeds United before the end of the month.
The Whites have got one of the smallest squads in the league but arguably play the most taxing football when you look at the high pace we’ve been playing at so far.
Perhaps, then, it would be wise to try and make the most of the loan window until the end of month and it looks as though Bielsa wants a new midfielder signing and a new winger in:
I really don't get the impression that Bielsa is bothered about a CB. Might get one but doesn't seem to be losing sleep over it. Would like a winger. Extra CM would be useful too.

Bielsa doesn’t seem too bothered by his centre-half options according to Hay, then, but in midfield, he evidently wants two.
That area is obviously the most hectic and under him the workload will be big so getting in extra options would probably be wise with two weeks to go until the deadline.
