Phil Hay has confirmed that Leeds United have lodged an offer for Abel Hernandez with his Hull exit confirmed over the weekend.
The striker is certainly someone we’d like to see arrive this summer as he’d bring a real element of class to our forward line.
He’s got pace and power in abundance as well as a clear eye for goal and is simply streets ahead of the other players that are strikers at our club right now.
We’ve made an offer, too, so now I guess we’ll just have to wait to see what happens:

The Verdict
Evidently, we’ve gone a bit ambitious this summer and I am really liking it.
It’s a completely different thing actually getting these deals over the line, though, and that is what we are all waiting for now.
At least we appear to be making the right offers for the right players at the moment, though.
