Kenny Jackett was naturally disappointed at his side’s 2-0 defeat at the hands of the mighty Leeds United.

Speaking to the Millwall official website, Jackett believed that his side deserved far more from a match that saw David Prutton and Andy Hughes make the difference.

‘That was the story of our season. We need to score when we’re on top, which today was for long periods.

“Right now I’m disappointed with the result because I really felt there was something there for us – we did everything but score,” Jacket said.

“We’ve had more shots than Leeds today but we’ve still got a nought at the end of the match. Goals change games and that’s what, as a manager, I need to address because we’ve had so many games like that.”
