“This is the general ageing process of a Leeds fan” – A lot of Leeds United fans adore a joke post made about Patrick Bamford – as the 26-year-old’s goal drought continues.
Bamford has not scored or assisted since a 3-0 win over Stoke City at the end of August.
Since then, he has started eight league games and not had any end product – yet he will start against Sheffield Wednesday tomorrow.
This has led to one Leeds fan making a meme of the former Middlesbrough man.
The image shows Bamford looking like an older man, and it claims that the year is 2022, and he has just scored his first goal in three years.
The image has gone down very well with a few Whites fans.
See the best of the reaction below.

It’s all the worry and stress of not scoring that’s prematurely aged him

This is the general aging process of a Leeds fan. We must age 2 years each game.

These Leeds supporters love the image and are coming up with people to compare Bamford to.

Some, however, have clearly not got the joke.
