It looks like the squad will again be a bit short this evening as we take on Preston in the Sky Bet Championship.

A late point recovered against Millwall obviously made us smile but we do still have it over us whether this squad is strong enough for the rigours of this league.

Certainly, we should get a better inkling of that tonight as we take on Preston as the games come on thick and fast.

Injury issues remain for this one, too, with Phil Hay confirming that a handful of players will not be around for the game with the Lilywhites.

Certainly, this is a blow – particularly up front – but hopefully, Tyler Roberts can step up and produce.

Jack Harrison did a good job at the weekend too, of course, and so we should hopefully still have enough impetus to take Preston on.
