If Leeds United fans needed any kind of confidence boost as we head into this weekend’s clash with West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns, it came yesterday as the club announced our 2018/19 third strip would be used to avoid any issues of a colour clash.

The players will be sporting the Brazil-like strip for the first time on Saturday evening in the late kickoff and although it’s taken its time to get to fans, the reaction by the vast majority has been positive.
Although it’s small beer in terms of an announcement in reality and it won’t effect the players, as well as celebrating the strips arrival with us, a number of fans are now even more optimistic when it comes to getting a positive result.

Although the Baggies have slipped away with recent results not going their way, they could potentially close the gap to us to only three points, so whilst the game itself won’t decide anything this season, victory would give a bit more wriggle room on some of the chasing pack.
