‘How a manager should be’: Lots of Leeds fans love this gesture by West Brom manager

|

What a nice act.

I just wonder if he just did it so that he could get a head start on next year’s FIFA Fair Play Award?

A story has come out through LeedsLive that West Brom manager Slaven Bilic went into the Leeds United dressing room after the game on Tuesday night, specifically to congratulate the players for their efforts as the Whites beat the Baggies 1-0. Bilic also took the time to praise the Leeds United fans for making such an incredible atmosphere at Elland Road.

So when the news came out, there were a number of Leeds fans who wanted to share the kindness as it were and pass on messages to the Croatian, praising him for his acts both in the dressing room and towards the supporters.

Although there were a couple of people who don’t hold Slaven Bilic in the highest of regard, so aren’t going to let one incident crown him as this great saviour.

I must admit, I do kind of agree with that last one. Slaven Bilic does have a bit of a tainted history, particularly with the French. For those of you too young to know what I’m talking about, just follow this link.
