Leeds United have been in sensational form this season and have opened up a five-point lead over third-placed Sheffield United following the most recent batch of Championship fixtures.
The Peacocks, along with current leaders Norwich City, have established themselves as the leading contenders to earn promotion to the Premier League but there is still plenty of work to be done from Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
Injury problems so far in the campaign have limited the depth available to Bielsa and a new goalkeeper is likely to be targeted in January, as the injury to former loanee Jamal Blackman saw him return to Chelsea prematurely and left Bailey Peacock-Farrell without competition for his spot.
Reports have suggested that Leeds could raid Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday for the services of Keiren Westwood in January and this had led to some angry reactions from Owls supporters.
We have gathered some of their reactions below.
If Westwood goes to Leeds United on a Free transfer, the Chansiri will be under more pressure from the fans, and another question to be asked at the forum, hope this is not a true story

If Westwood goes to Leeds on a free transfer that will seriously be enough to tip me over the edge. #swfc

So #swfc freeze out fan’s favourite Westwood in a season where we concede goals for fun… then let him go to One of our fiercest rivals in Leeds Utd ! Is Chansiri just Warnock in a mask, he always said he was gonna take us down then retire to Cornwall…

So Keiren Westwood isn’t good enough for #swfc but he’s good enough for Leeds near the top of the table!? Unbelievable, the sooner we get rid of this useless manager the better!! #JosOut

If Sheffield Wednesday allow Westwood to leave for free ( especially to Leeds) whilst we have that the car crash of goal keeper that is @CameronDawson77 in goal I'm literally done. #Josout #clubsinturmoil @swfc #swfc

He’s definitely going somewhere. Not played for us all season. Played yesterday for the development team. Absolutely class goalkeeper. Absolutely shameful what’s happening with him at #swfc
