‘Hogan and Jedinak would be great’ – Leeds fans react as Aston Villa slump into mire

Whilst we’re excited about potential player and managerial arrivals this summer, it’s hard not to look at Aston Villa and see similarities with our club.

Of course, football is one of those sports where you see very little empathy and I’d expect there won’t be much towards Villa given the way they have tried to spend so much without little contingency plan.

They do, however, now look at risk of following the path we went down back in the mid-2000’s and, after seeing it first hand at our club, that is not something I’d really wish on many football teams.

Certainly, Villa belong in the Premier League like we do but, right now, I dare say we’ve got a better chance of getting there than they do next season.
