Marcelo Bielsa has been brilliant so far for us this season for more reasons than one.

Obviously, the way he has got the senior boys playing has been brilliant and the turnaround in both mental and physical attributes has been astonishing.

We’ve also seen him willing to give the best young Whites a chance, though, and that has to be exciting when you look at the talent at that level for us.

Jack Clarke, Tom Pearce and Jamie Shackelton all look very good whilst Ryan Edmondson is clearly a determined young lad that wants to play up front:

He’s a fan and that obviously works in his favour but that only gets you so far – you’ve got to have the talent to play for a club like ours.

Fortunately, he looks a real player for the future and I think we could be on to a real winner with him in the years to come.
