With most eyes on yesterday’s transfer deadline day as the permanent window closed early for the first time with changes made for the 2018/19 campaign, Leeds United took the opportunity to launch the new away kit for the campaign.
It certainly split opinions across the fan base, and it split the opinions of individual fans in their own heads as they seemed to develop a different thought every time they looked at the released graphics.
Make your own minds up, if you can and you already haven’t.

I think the words bold and brave probably come to mind, but then again the idea of taking a blue shirt and then flicking a paint brush to try and turn it into a modern piece of art could also explain the design.
As divisive as Brexit. #lufc https://t.co/ziAL5G45j6

If we win the league in this kit it will become my all-time favourite. #lufc

Bit of a marmite kit there.

Like, I *think* I really like it but I also feel like I shouldn’t?

It really is one of those that either goes into the camp of ‘brilliant’ or ‘horrendous’ but I still can’t make up my own mind on it – other than to say it’s definitely different. It’s almost a throwback in many ways to the late Football League days/early Premiership days where clubs got experimental in trying to turn football shirts more into casual fashion.
Maybe it’s an attempt at psychological warfare and we’re just going to confuse the opposition on their home soil into a defeat?
I think I’m off for a drink.
