Leeds and Ipswich have agreed a deal for Ian Westlake involving a Dan Harding part-exchange plus cash for the player.

Westlake, a 22-year-old midfielder, has scored 17 goals in over 100 appearances for Ipswich.

Harding made 20 appearances for Leeds after moving from Brighton.

Ipswich chief executive Derek Bowden told his clubs official website: “I can confirm that we have accepted an offer from Leeds for Ian Westlake.

“The deal includes a cash payment plus Dan Harding joining us from Leeds but both players have yet to agree personal terms.”
