Leeds United boss Simon Grayson says that his side are going to give it a really good go over the final two months of the season as they try for back to back promotions.

Speaking on the Football League Show, Grayson said, “Nobody expected us to be where we are at this moment in time and there is more pressure on the other teams, because they need to go up in terms of the budgets that they have spent.

“Now we are here we are going to give it a really good go. We`ve got nine games to go, eight teams plus, will still think they have got a great opportunity to go up automatically or into the play offs, so we`ll enjoy the ride and see where it takes us.”

Leeds missed a great opportunity to go level on points with Swansea City when they were held 0-0 at home by Ipswich Town.

With Swansea being beaten and Nottingham Forest only managed a draw it was a missed chance missed.

With Cardiff City and Norwich City both at home and in action today and tomorrow the gap could widen between second place and the fifth place that Leeds currently hold.

Good news outside the play off places was seventh place Burnley losing 3-0 at home against Millwall leaving them five points behind Leeds but still with two games in hand.

In a week that as seen most of the top six struggle to pick up points that as allowed Leeds to get right back into the mix, it`s going to be an interesting final few months of the season.
