Simon Grayson was quick to start looking towards next season after the heartache of the clubs play off exit on Thursday night.
Grayson arrived in December with the team in turmoil and on the back of a five match losing run including the embarrassment at Histon in the FA Cup.
Speaking on the official website Grayson said “When we came in December anything could have happened. We could have dwindled away but we galvanised and lost only two games in seventeen”.
Leeds had enough chances to win the second leg but some desperate defending and good goalkeeper kept Leeds at bay.
Looking forward Grayson continued “We`ll have to win it next year”.
The boss was also quick to praise the fans saying they was outstanding throughout the game and the reception at the end of the game meant so much to them all.
