Leeds United manager Simon Grayson believes that Fabian Delph has a fantastic opportunity after signing for one of his own former managers.
Grayson speaking on the official website said “I think it`s the right move for him. Martin O`Neill is a fantastic manager and coach, and he gives young players an opportunity”.
Delph commented on Villa`s official website after his signing and said ‘There are a lot of young English players here, an absolutely superb manager and this is the club I’ve chosen to play for so hopefully I can do well,’
The 19 year old will be sorely missed at Elland Road but I think the general consensus from Leeds fans is that they are disappointed he`s gone but are happy he`s joined a club that will give him a good opportunity to play first team football.
