Leeds United might have to battle Manchester United this summer to sign a young Scandinavian.

According to the Daily Star, Erling Braut Haaland – son of former White Alf Inge – is attracting interest from both us and our fierce Lancashire rivals.

Indeed, though we are keen, the Mancs have apparently scouted the youngster too with him ripping it up over the other side of the North Sea.

Hopefully, though, he’ll be aware of what the mob did to his father and we’ll be able to keep the family as part of our club.

The Verdict

He wouldn’t play straightaway but if he’s got his head screwed on he’ll move to us where he’s got a better chance of progressing as a footballer.

Our young sides have impressed of late and if he can be a part of that he’ll be looking good to get near our first-team.

Certainly, Jose Mourinho isn’t the best idea for young players.
