Klich joined Leeds on a three-year deal last summer but after struggling to break into the first team in the first half of the season, he was loaned out to FC Utrecht who currently occupy fifth place in the Dutch Eredivisie with one game of the season remaining.

The Polish international, who only made two starts in nine appearances for Leeds, has been earning rave reviews during his time at FC Utrecht.

He started his 13th game for FC Utrecht at the weekend and his eleven key passes against Hercules was the most by any player in a game in the Dutch Eredivisie since Christian Eriksen for Ajax against Roda JC in 2012.

Leeds fans now want to see the 27-year-old given a proper chance at Elland Road next season.
