Though the senior lads have been woeful in 2018 there is still cause for optimism at the club as a whole right now.
That might sound pretty far-fetched, of course, given the way things have gone this season but I am confident that we`ll bounce back next year and we should perhaps look at some of the U23`s to help us out.
Some of the young players are really starting to impress and after another win for them earlier this week, plenty have moved to praise them on Twitter.

Just a thought !! Orta also bought a lot of these players .. Carlos c seems to have them playing very very well and winning and they look a good set of players !! Controversial and cheap but swap ph for cc …. well done the u23 lads

Replace all 23’s with first team & give every1 of them a run out i dont even care if they lose tbh at least they’ll have desire & attitude & we’ll see what actually has gone wrong this season #lufc

There`s plenty wondering whether we should be giving these boys a chance in the coming weeks and I say it`s worth a go.
We`ve got nothing to lose for the rest of this season and so, maybe, we can salvage some positives by seeing if we`ve got any gems for the new campaign.
