Carlton Palmer has issued a warning to us for next season and, perhaps worryingly, it’s hard to disagree with what he has had to say.
The Whites have, of course, had a tough campaign and it’s one many of us are looking forward to ending in the coming weeks.
With that said, though, we’re getting ever nearer the summer window and, with that, comes another sense of almost dread because we don’t know what Victor Orta and co. are going to produce.
Even so, we do need to sign new players and that is something Carlton Palmer agrees with him quoted by Proper Sport as saying we’ll be struggling without new additions:
Former #LUFC man @CarltonPalmer expects Leeds to struggle again next season if they have the same squad of players and expects Heckingbottom to move some players about.#MOT #ALAW

The Verdict
Certainly, with the way the squad is we have not been good enough and if it stays the same we are surely going to be struggling to get near the top six.
We need to add players with experience and grit for the new campaign but with Orta having an input I am yet to be convinced he can identify the right sort of players.
