Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa can do no wrong it seems.
Two victories, improving performances and some individual stand out showings from players who some had previously written off, has certainly got the juices going and for those who follow our Under 23 setup, they had a treat at last night’s Coventry City tie.
Bielsa at the Under 23’s tonight. This sums him up perfectly. Doesn’t know when to stop. Complete dedication to know every aspect of the club completely. ???? #lufc #leedsunited pic.twitter.com/2RvIg8Vg2S

Not only were they treated to a 2-1 victory, they were also treated to Bielsa taking up a prominent position in the terraces.
Now it’s fair to say, first team managers making an appearance at Under 23 football isn’t unheard of, it actually goes on quite often as the senior gaffer keeps abreast of potential new talent and looks at them in the flesh in game situations and doesn’t just base his knowledge on watching them in training or from reports from the Under 23 coaching setup.
But as said, for now, Bielsa can do no wrong and anything that keeps the optimism going and spirits high should be welcomed.
Never knowingly photographed not wearing a club tracksuit…what a guy.

That must feel absolutely immense for the U23s – also very encouraging for anyone able to get along to the u23 games who love watching the man in action – leeds would bring more? #lufc #mot

Man lives and breathes the game…. wants to see players and judge first hand as opposed to getting reports from others…… class ????????

I don't know if there's anything I want to see more in the world than Marcelo Bielsa's notes on an under-23 match. I see him scribbling from afar. Bound to be something profound and revolutionary. #lufc #mot

Great to see Bielsa at the U23 game last night encouraging all our young players at the club . He realises the value of youth at the club for future success , hence putting on 18yo Shackleton at Derby . Just wish 'The Godfather ' was 10 years younger [ like most of us do ] #LUFC

I wish someone looked at me the way Marcelo Bielsa looks at a U23 side. #lufc pic.twitter.com/f497W14OsY

Bielsa watching the u23's. To think there were actually Leeds fans on here that didn't want him. The guy is an instant Leeds hero.

Bielsa at the U23's Game tonight. ????
We have deserved a Manager who cares about our Club like him for many a year, the amount of love for him already speaks volumes of not just the type of Gaffer he is but as a Person.
With him in charge I believe anything is possible!#lufc pic.twitter.com/JzdqicNCh6

I just hope when we have a hiccup the speed to which the love is being shown doesn’t suddenly fall into despair at double the pace. We will have sticky moments and we’ll just have to get through them.
