Changes seem to be on the way at Leeds United as we look to put the memory of 2017/18 behind us.
The men from Elland Road put us through the mill last season just gone with form plummeting after Christmas and it is clear that new arrivals are needed.
Whether or not we can bring the right players in we need or not, though, remains to be seen.
Whilst we wait for that, then, Phil Hay has posted David Prutton’s latest column for the YEP with it concerning Bailey Peacock-Farrell:
David Prutton’s column – on the goalkeeping situation at Leeds United and whether Bailey Peacock-Farrell deserves the chance as number one next season:https://t.co/MhDSHtSV8v

Prutton, then, thinks BPF should have the chance to keep his spot but what do our fans think? Let’s have a look:
Prutton is bang on, however healthy competition should drive keepers performances. Stockdale moving forward?

I’d stick with him, as we have learned, it’s not that easy to find a goalie capable of the fundamentals of catching a ball and instructing his defence.

Competition would be healthy and beneficial to BPF. No player should be a guaranteed starter. Should never have released Green

If he doesn’t deserve the no1 spot then they might aswellget rid of the acadamy

Loan him out he needs some experience away from the pressure of Elland Road

Got to give him a chance he gets better every game and will only improve , he is better than our other keepers now imagine in a year or two .

It’s all down to budget if it’s tight keep bpf I’d sooner strengthen central defence and up top.

I agree he deserves his shot

The Verdict
Certainly, I think BPF deserves a fair crack at things regardless of who we sign in the summer window.
He came in at a time of real need for the club and produce the goods, so who is to say he couldn’t rise to any fresh challenge this market brings?
