Leeds United secured three important points at the weekend after travelling across Yorkshire to beat Sheffield United at Bramall Lane, maintaining their charge near the top of the Championship.

Pablo Hernandez scored the only goal of the game inside the final 10 minutes to ensure Leeds took all three points away from their fellow promotion-chasers, extending their recent record to three consecutive victories since November’s international break.

The hard-fought result did not please everyone though as Blades boss Chris Wilder claimed after the match that his side deserved more from the game, suggesting the result was unjust and not a fair reflection on the match.

However, many Leeds fans on social media disagreed entirely and pointed out specific incidents in the game where they feel they should have had a penalty or seen a member of their opposition dismissed, neither of which happened.

We have gathered some of the reactions below.

  • The mans a full blown idiot, how can you train a team to kick everything above grass and bully an opposing team to submition and think you play good football. He Reminds me Pullis and Warnock, you can go back to Bassett and before and they’ve never played football, their rules have never been football rules, its always been kicking, cheating, diving and time wasting
