Leeds United need significant improvement if they are to get their campaign for promotion back-on-track, as the Championship leaders have lost their last three matches across all competitions.
With a squad that looks to be lacking depth in key areas, many Leeds fans on social media have become frustrated by the business that has been concluded this week – with loan deals for Conor Shaughnessy, Lewie Coyle and Paudie O’Connor being confirmed.
On top of that, it has now been reported by respected Yorkshire Evening Post reporter Phil Hay that Lewis Baker has had his spell at Elland Road ended prematurely and the 23-year-old has returned to parent club Chelsea.
Baker, who made just two Championship starts after arriving as Marcelo Bielsa’s first signing at the club, is expected to move out on loan again for the second half of the season and the most likely candidates for his services are relegation-threatened Reading.
Many fans took to social media to share their thoughts on the situation and we have gathered some of their comments below.

Knowing our luck, he’ll turn into messi when he plays against us 😂

I know he never performed for us but there’s a good player in there. Got a feeling he’ll perform elsehwhere.

Surely the club will do the right thing & strengthen.
We all know what happens if not.
Feb 1st + we lose key player/s injured.. if this happens the club has let us down as its blatant we are 3 quality players short.

Failed to make an impression on both occasions he was given his chance. Not a big loss. Good luck to the lad

Don't suppose he was happy at not being picked. But as you say, he didn't deserve it. On the form we've seen, just not good enough at this moment in time. Another squad member to replace🤔

Blessing in disguise this. He wasn’t cutting it and it will force the club to replace him with someone who will cut it

Can’t complain really, simply not good enough.
