Gus Poyet has spoken of the return of the “feel good factor” to Leeds and the Leeds United supporters

Poyet, who like manager Dennis Wise must be enjoying this season far more than the last one is fully aware of the buzz at Elland Road, with attendances beating those of some Premier League Clubs.

Talking to the official website Leedsunited.com Poyet said: ‘We are happy,’ said ‘We believe in what we are doing, but you need results to come to prove you have made the right decisions.

‘We’ve got these lads here and we keep telling them as soon as you do well it be full – it was full five or six times towards the end of last season in difficult times.

‘It’s been the same this year and it gets better and better. Last year whenever people talked about Leeds it was all panic and long faces, now they are smiling and willing to talk about us. It’s nice they talk this way.”
