Leeds United head coach Thomas Christiansen says he will be looking to see a reaction from his players after they lost for the first time this season.

Leeds went down to a 1-0 defeat at Millwall and Christiansen admitted after the game that the best side won, as his Leeds side struggled to contain a buoyant Millwall side who could easily have won by many more as they dominated the game.

‘I want to see a reaction after a defeat. We have to learn from our mistakes and bring it to the next game,” Christiansen told the BBC Website.

‘I cannot complain (about) the players for anything because if we are in the first position, still now, it’s because of them, so I will not complain for one loss in a very bad game.

‘I’m of course not happy with the result, but we have to face the fact that we didn’t play a good game and Millwall deserved this win.’

Aiden O`Brien scored the only goal of the game for Millwall with just 17 minutes remaining as Leeds conceded in the league for the first time since the opening weekend.

Despite the defeat, Leeds remain on top of the SkyBet Championship table on goal difference from Wolverhampton Wanderers and Cardiff City.
