Eunan O’Kane is a player under pressure at Leeds United and might have to prove himself this summer.
The season just gone has seen criticism grow towards the Irish midfielder with plenty of below par performances.
Certainly, you get the feeling that a fair amount of our fans would be happy if he was sold and if he is playing for his future this summer in pre-season and training, he’s suffered a setback:

Some bad news for him on a personal level, then, and the reaction from those on social media hasn’t exactly been full of sympathy.
Let’s see what has been said:
Can he also pull out of his #lufc contract?

Must be from polishing the boots, nó point in him wearing any he’s useless

Either that or from him putting his hand up in team meetings shouting “please pick me, please pick me”!

Let’s hope it keeps him out of the Leeds team next season !!

Hope it’s not trivial.

@RedDevilBrony Is Martin O’Neill purposefully injuring him?
— Kurtis Steele (@FaxBrony) May 25, 2018
Shouldn’t have been in it to begin with

The Verdict
This is a setback for him and it remains to be seen how serious it will prove to be in the coming weeks as he looks to remain at the club.
He really has got a lot to do this summer to win certain sections of the support over and it would seem that this isn’t the ideal start.
