Leeds United’s Samu Saiz has begun the 2018/19 campaign in phenomenal form.

With three games played so far this season, the 27-year-old has already got his goal tally up and running for the year following his effort against Bolton Wanderers on Tuesday evening and he’s already opened his assist count in the league as well.

He’s played a big part of our early success under manager Marcelo Bielsa as we made it three wins on the spin and fans are expecting big things from him for the remainder of the campaign.

He’s not the only man to impress this August though and that should auger well moving forward.

Given his individual showing against Bolton, some Leeds fans relished the opportunity to praise him even more on social media and one fan suggested Bielsa should’ve substituted him for bullying the opposition on the night.

Long may it continue as in this form he’s an absolute asset to us.
