Brighton & Hove Albion manager Dean Wilkins wants his side to forget about Leeds United now, however their official website states: ‘Wilkins: We Were Mugged.’

Wilkins was pleased with the effort put into the match by his side, and was not too downhearted despite Tresor Kandol’s late tap that ensured Leeds United remains unbeaten this season.

Talking to the Brighton official website seagulls.co.uk, Wilkins said: ‘Some of the quality of our play at times was exciting, it was fast, it was direct and I can’t see how we could play too much better than that and come off the pitch with zero points.’

Then added: ‘I’ve said to the team forget about the three points we have lost now and if we just concentrate of producing that sort of performance week in and week out then we will not be too far away.’

Perhaps Mr Wilkins should have a word with his clubs webmasters as the video title ‘Wilkins: We Were Mugged’ suggests that someone at the club hasn’t quite forgotten the match yet!
