Leeds take on Middlesbrough tomorrow in the Championship in a potential early clash that could help decide the promotion race.
Of course, it is very early and plenty can change but we have started well and so have they so it’s likely at least one of the two sides will battle up at the top of the table.
Indeed, it should be a corker and it seems as though Marcelo Bielsa is well aware that it is a big game for us already.
He said via the club’s official website:
“Middlesbrough are an important rival opponent, there is no doubt about that and it will be a very difficult and tough game.
“I don’t want to put a classification between teams, for me the next game is always the most difficult one and in this particular case, we have many reasons to believe that this game will be the hardest one.”
Clearly, he appreciates it is going to be a tough test but so far we have risen to a lot of what has come our way.
Unbeaten in the league despite a tough looking start bodes well and I think we could be in for a performance of the early season from us.
It could be a very exciting game at Elland Road.
