Marcelo Bielsa is a humble man and he has certainly demonstrated that this season.

The Argentine is a hard-working, respectful and loyal coach that gets the very best out of his players and so far this year the plaudits have rolled in.

Indeed, many have said that this is the best team they have seen in the second tier and with the likes of Wolves getting promoted only last year in the way they did, that says a lot.

The manager is a top coach and looks after his players whilst also remaining aware that he is just a part of something much bigger – despite his stature.

And, after Nigel Adkins heaped praise on the Whites, he has responded in modest fashion.

Via Phil Hay on Twitter, he said:

Clearly, that is the response of a man that only cares for the end-game and whilst he accepts the praise, he knows nothing is achieved yet.
