Stuart Dallas is certainly a man who splits the Leeds United fanbase and as one of the more scapegoated at times within the side, finding himself again given a more defensive role by manager Marcelo Bielsa for the West Bromwich Albion defeat almost guaranteed he would be a topic of conversation on social media following the game.

A 4-1 scoreline and plenty of frustration at the full-time, a number of players came in for criticism as you’d expect and few were holding back when it came to the 27-year-old Northern Ireland international.

Bielsa does rely on him to plug gaps in the side and few can doubt his overall work ethic as he puts the yards in, but he definitely struggled against the pace in their side and he had little answer for it despite his best efforts.

Many will be hoping that the gaffer decides to twist until we have natural fullbacks back from injury and moreover, that the game itself as a true bad day at the office and that we bounce back quickly.
