Bielsa Expects Duo To Miss West Brom As Leeds Look To Get Back To Winning Ways

|

With massive disappointment for Leeds United fans at the weekend as Charlton Athletic took all three points in a game where we can only really blame ourselves once more for not winning, it’s now all eyes to Tuesday evening’s tie with new table toppers West Bromwich Albion.

Having slipped from top spot, it’s still all to play for and we welcome Slaven Bilic’s side to Elland Road hoping that it finally clicks for us at the top of the pitch, as if it does and we start converting our many chances, we are going to hammer teams into submission.

Ahead of the game, manager Marcelo Bielsa has again met with press for his usual media commitments and we continue to miss Pablo Hernandez, who remains ruled out with a muscle injury.

Bielsa also confirmed that Adam Forshaw was expected to miss this tie with his ongonig hip issue.

“Probably Pablo and Adam are not going to be in the group. The last match before the international break he (Adam) had a little problem and he cannot solve it. He (Pablo) is finishing his recovery. I couldn’t say (Millwall). I will have to wait to see how the recovery is completed.”

Hernandez will be a massive loss again, but someone simply has to step up.
