Leeds are looking good again back at the top of the league but Marcelo Bielsa still had some things he wanted to see improve.
We’re playing some lovely stuff at the moment and controlling games for fun but we aren’t putting chances away.
We dominated Sheffield Wednesday and should have won on Friday and against Hull we were risking not winning again.
Eventually, we saw out a 1-0 win over the Tigers thanks to Tyler Roberts but it really should have been more.
And, in his post-match comments, Bielsa was quick to point that out.
Via Leeds Live, he said:
“We were not efficient enough. We talked about the lack of efficiency in the previous press conference.”
Certainly, we need to be sharper in front of goal but with some key attackers returning to fitness at the end of the month, we should start being able to blow away teams once more in the league.
For sure, you can bet Bielsa is going to be working them hard this week in the meantime as well.
