Leeds Word On The Tweet

‘Best of luck’, ‘massive difference’: These Leeds fans might be reading too much into this tweet

I suppose when you’re not playing, you’ve got to do something to pass the time.

Having signed for us in the summer, Helder Costa hasn’t exactly had the best of times when it comes to getting on the pitch. He has yet to complete 90 minutes in the league so far this season, with his only starts coming in the Carabao Cup.

Although depending on who you ask, that might be about to change pretty soon.

Seemingly out of nowhere, Costa posted a tweet with the message #MOT for Marching On Together. Despite not exactly giving us a lot of details to work with, some Leeds fans took the opportunity to send him a message.

Whilst there were some Leeds fans who might have been trying to make something out of the message. They might have their conspiracy tin hats on, but who knows, maybe they’re onto something.

We saw how pressure from the fans manifested itself when it came to announcing Costa in the summer. So who knows, it’s certainly not impossible that it could happen. If it does, you won’t be getting any complaints from me, I’ve been saying he needs minutes for some time now.
