Peter Ridsdale’s reported ban from Elland Road appears to be rubbished by Whites chairman Ken Bates.
A Ken Bates statement read ‘As ever Mr Ridsdale continues to be out of touch with reality,
‘My words, in front of a number of witnesses, were ‘you’re no longer welcome in the boardroom at Elland Road’.
‘If he was ever banned from Elland Road it would purely be for safety reasons.’
Personally, seeing as Ridsdale is responsible for the near end and current financial troubles of our club, the guy shouldn’t have been allowed into Elland Road in the first place.
