Hadi Sacko has left Leeds United to join Las Palmas on loan for the whole of the coming season.
The winger signed on a permanent deal last summer with the idea that he’d kick on and finally learn how to cross a ball.
‘Square it Hadi’ became the phrase most associated with him but, last year, so did ‘on the bench.’
Certainly, he struggled to get into the side at all last season and so it is for the best that he is the latest to leave the club.
Marcelo Bielsa has made it clear that he doesn’t want a big squad and a number of players have been let go.
Sacko surely won’t be the last to leave the club this summer as Bielsa trims things down.
I hope he gets good game time and finds that end product during his loan, though, as there is still a potentially good player in there.
